Terms for the Smarty Interactive website and games.

These terms apply to smartyinteractive.com, Block Rescue, and Tile Battle, operated by Smarty Interactive. By using these services, you agree to these terms. Apple App Store and Google Play terms also apply to downloads, payments, and subscriptions through those stores.
01Website content
The website showcases our studio, artwork, and game concepts. Concept pages are illustrative and do not promise that a game, feature, platform, or release date will become available. We may change or remove content at any time.
02Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, Smarty Interactive or its licensors own the website content, including text, graphics, artwork, logos, and design. You may view it for personal, noncommercial use. You may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use it commercially without permission, except where applicable law allows.
03Games and accounts
We give you a limited, personal, noncommercial right to use the games in accordance with these terms and the applicable store rules. You do not own the games or their virtual items. Tile Battle may create an anonymous account and lets you link a sign-in method; you are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping linked credentials secure.
We may restrict access when reasonably needed to protect the service, investigate cheating or abuse, or comply with law. You may delete your Tile Battle account in Settings → Account. Block Rescue currently stores progress locally on your device.
04Purchases and subscriptions
Any paid items or subscriptions offered in a released game are purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play. Prices, billing, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the applicable store terms. Deleting Tile Battle does not cancel an active subscription; cancel it in the store where you subscribed. Virtual items have no cash value and cannot be transferred except where the game expressly allows it.
05Player content
Tile Battle may let you publish a display name, avatar, replay, reaction, or comment. You remain responsible for content you submit and must have rights to use it. By posting it, you allow Smarty Interactive to host, display, and share it as needed to operate the game and related website. Do not post unlawful, abusive, infringing, or privacy-invasive content. We may remove content that violates these terms.
06Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website or games, cheat, exploit bugs, interfere with operation or security, attempt unauthorized access, or use the services in a way that violates applicable law or another person’s rights.
07External services
Links or email actions may take you to services operated by others. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to those services. We are not responsible for their content or operation.
08Availability and responsibility
We work to keep the services accurate and available, but provide them on an “as available” basis without a promise of uninterrupted access or error-free content. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Smarty Interactive is not responsible for losses resulting from use of the services. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
09Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will post the revised version with a new date on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms. Contact us at the address below with any questions.
