01Information we process

When you visit, our hosting provider Cloudflare may process technical information such as your IP address, browser and device details, requested pages, and request times to deliver and protect the website.

If you email us, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your email address, name, message, and any attachments. The website has no public account registration or contact form. We have not integrated advertising trackers or analytics scripts into the website.

02How we use information

We use technical information to serve pages, maintain availability, and investigate abuse or security issues. We use messages you send to answer your inquiry and keep a record of the conversation when needed.

03Service providers and sharing

Cloudflare hosts and protects this website. Our email provider processes messages you send to us. We share information with service providers only as needed for these purposes, or when required by law. We do not sell personal information collected through this website.

04Block Rescue

Block Rescue currently saves gameplay progress, purchases simulated for testing, and preferences such as language and sound on your device. The inspected game code does not create a player account or send gameplay information to a Smarty Interactive server.

Its current rewarded-ad and purchase screens use local test providers; no live advertising or store billing provider is connected in the inspected build. If a release adds Google AdMob or Apple/Google billing, we will update this policy before release to describe the data those services process. Removing the app may delete locally stored progress, subject to your device backup settings.

05Tile Battle

Tile Battle creates an anonymous Firebase Authentication account when you first play. You may link Google, Apple, or email sign-in. We process the account identifier and the profile information you provide, which may include your email address, display name, username, gender, date of birth, and avatar. The game and its related website also process scores, ratings, battle points, challenges, groups, replay data, public profile content, reactions, and comments to run gameplay, leaderboards, social features, and account synchronization.

Some profile details, leaderboard entries, shared replays, and comments are visible to other players or visitors. Please avoid putting private information in public profile fields or comments. Tile Battle may store a signed session cookie on its related website so you can stay signed in.

Apple and Google process payments. Tile Battle receives purchase identifiers and validation results needed to grant and restore entitlements; we do not receive your full payment card details. Firebase provides authentication. Our game backend and hosting providers process account, gameplay, upload, and technical request data to operate and secure the service.

The inspected Tile Battle configuration uses a dummy ad provider and has no live AdMob unit IDs. If live ads are enabled in a release, we will update this policy to describe the advertising SDK’s data processing and any consent or tracking choices before that release.

06Tile Battle account deletion

In Tile Battle, open Settings → Account → Delete account and follow the confirmation steps. You can also request help by email. Deletion removes or anonymizes your profile, account-linked game records, purchases held by Tile Battle, and other personal data as implemented by the service. Shared match records may remain for other players’ history with your identity replaced by “Deleted player”. Deleting an account does not cancel an active Apple or Google subscription; manage that subscription in the store where you bought it.

07Storage, security, and retention

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encrypted transport for the online services. Technical logs are kept according to hosting settings and operational needs. We keep Tile Battle account and game data while the account is active, then delete or anonymize it when the account is deleted, except information retained for legal, security, or other players’ shared match history. We keep email correspondence only as long as needed to respond, maintain records, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it where practical.

08Your choices and rights

You can choose not to email us, edit available Tile Battle profile fields, delete your Tile Battle account in the app, and manage site storage through your browser. To ask about, access, correct, or delete other information, contact us at the address below. We will handle requests in line with applicable law.

09Children

Our website is not designed to collect personal information from children. Tile Battle has account and social features; parents and guardians should review them with younger players. If you believe a child provided personal information without appropriate consent, contact us so we can review and delete it as appropriate. Any age-based release settings or advertising choices will be reflected in the final game disclosures.

10Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our website or data practices change. The date above shows the latest version. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
